恵比寿のおしゃれ焼鳥店「焼鳥佐田十郎」に行ってきました。
恵比寿駅西口から徒歩3〜4分ほど。入口入ってすぐ、ライブ感あるカウンター席。奥にはテーブルもあって、63席と広いです。
この日はカウンターのはじっこへ。泡で乾杯しながら、お通しはいちごがキュートな一品など、3種類。
こちらが、ピーマンの肉詰め。想像していたピーマン肉詰めとは違う…！生のピーマンにひき肉が詰まって、タレがかかっていました。シャキっとピーマンと甘いひき肉がおいしい。
お酒のアテには、ナムル盛合せ。
焼鳥は、まずはぼんじりからスタート。ジューシーな皮とぷりっとした身がおいしい。
ねっとり白レバー。
佐田十郎つくねは太い串に大きなつくね。甘酸っぱいソースが意外な組み合わせです。
そして、〆には鴨しゃぶをチョイス。焼き鳥屋さんで鴨しゃぶが楽しめるんですね！
スープは黄金出汁。ぐつぐつ火入れしていきます。
美しくスライスされた鴨肉には葱が山盛り！
お鍋がぐつぐつしてきたら、鴨をしゃぶしゃぶしていただきます。旨みたっぷりのお肉にコクのあるスープがたまらない〜。
オシャレな空間なのに敷居が高すぎず、カジュアルに楽しめる焼き鳥と鴨しゃぶ。ついつい日本酒が進んじゃいました。
