恵比寿駅東口から階段降りてあっと言う間に着きます。
今回はコースをお願いしました。
いただいたお料理は以下です。

■ヤムウンセン
→春雨と魚介のピリ辛サラダです。パクチーの味と辛さが食欲をそそります。
■生春巻き
→ますばそのままいただきました。野菜と海老とイカが入っていてすっきりした食感です。
次に味変でスイートチリソースを付けていただきましたが、ピリ辛になって全然違う味になります。チリソース恐るべしです。
■ガイヤーン
→鳥モモの炭火焼きです。そのまま食べると甘い鶏モモ焼きです。味変で酸味の強いのタレをつけると甘味が消えて酸味が強くなります。
■タレーガパオ
→魚介のバジル炒めです。アサリ、イカ、タコとインゲンに玉子焼きがトッピングされてます。海鮮、玉子好きには堪らない一品です。
■トードマンクン
→海老のすり身揚げです。ホクホクでパリパリな食感です。
■グリーンカレーもんじゃ
→甘い食感からの辛さが来ます。付け合わせのミルクせんべいに乗せていただくとミルクせんべいの甘さ辛さの共演で面白い味になります。日本の文化とタイの文化の集合体でめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
■パッタイ
→タイの焼きそばです。ちょっと重いかなと感じましたが、丁度良く〆にピッタリです。
人気店のようでいる間ひっきりなしにお客さんが入れ替わりで来てました。味もサービスが良いからかなと思いました。
夏の暑い時にまた辛さを味わいに行こうと思います。
