以前から気になっていたので会社のメンバーと行きました。
元気系な居酒屋ですね。否定的な方もいますが個人的には好きな感じです。大衆居酒屋っぽい空気感ありますが、どこかお洒落にまとめてますね。女性も結構いるので使い勝手良いかもですね。
ドリンクメニューも女性が頼みやすいサワー系が揃っていたので問題無いと思います。
店長さんがお通しの炙りを持って来て説明して炙ってくれましたが、きびなごの脂がビッカビカで美味しかったです。個人的にはジャンクなカニ味噌パンも日本酒にあって良かったです。
全国の漁場から仕入れているみたいでしたが、東北のものが多めですね。何か支援的な感じ何ですかね？
魚介類以外も１つ１つの料理のクオリティは高いと思いますが、ちょっと混雑していたこともあって料理・ドリンクに時間が掛かっていて少し残念でしたね。店員さんの働く姿勢は気持ちが良いので体制を整えてノンストレスでサービス出来たら、もっと気持ちよく飲めるお店になりそうですね。
