恵比寿駅から坂を登って徒歩5分ほど。PADIの総本山の斜向かいにあります（ちなみにPADIの分厚いマニュアルは全てココで印刷しているこれ豆な）。トスカーナ料理を中心とした店でありビブグルマンにも選出。田中祐介シェフはトスカーナで5年間修業してきたそうな。
ランチコースは3,000円とお聞きしていたのですが、別途席料と税金を要し、さらには実質的なワンドリンク制であるため、結果的にミニマムで5,000円～です。このタケノコ剥ぎ的な仕組みは印象が良くないですね。「食前酒付き全コミ5,000円」と案内したほうがスマートでしょう。
ひよこ豆のスープ。素朴でシンプルな味わいです。
前菜盛り合わせ。チョコチョコとした一口づつであるため、何を食べたのかあまり印象は残りませんでした。
パンも素朴。トスカーナ料理がそうなのか当店の芸風がそうなのか、全般的にシンプルな料理が続きます。
細めのパスタはトマト主体のソースで。ピリっとした辛味に強いニンニクの風味が食欲を掻き立てます。
きしめん的に食べ応えのあるパスタは和牛のラグー（煮込み）でガッツリと。ワシワシと食べ応えのある麺にコッテリとしたソース。本日一番のお皿です。
メインは阿波の金時豚。肉というよりも上質な脂を食べるといった使用であり、脂身が苦手な方はちょっとアレかもしれません。個人的には付け合わせのお野菜の苦味が魅力的なアクセントとなっている点に心を奪われました。
デザートはいずれもクリを用いたものであり、素朴な味わいです。ジェラートの舌ざわりがドンドゥルマ的にモタモタしていたのが印象的。
エスプレッソで〆てごちそうさまでした。
3,000円のランチとしては悪くないですが、5,000円のランチとしては凡庸に感じました。皿出しのテンポも悪く手持ち無沙汰に感じる場面も多々あり、うーん、という思い出です。ただし太麺のパスタについては強く記憶に残ったでの、ディナーで訪れて好みの料理のみをピンポイントで注文していけば、また印象は異なりそう。今度は夜にお邪魔してみたいと思います。
