I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time when I am in the mood for some gutsy yakitori. I called on a Saturday night and was lucky enough to get a last minute reservation. The restaurant was almost full, and I feel that the lively atmosphere of the pre-Corona days is back in full force. After all, it is better for a restaurant to be lively.(^^)/ It takes a little time to serve yakitori when there are so many people, but it was nice to be told right after ordering that it would take a little time. I recommend this one in particular. The more you chew, the more you can enjoy the flavor of the chicken. However, it becomes very hard when cold, so it is recommended to eat it immediately when it is freshly prepared. The seseri is very juicy, and the more you eat it, the more appetizing it becomes. classic Tori momo (chicken leg) is a very satisfying dish of yakitori (grilled chicken) that can be eaten with a big gulp. Each skewer is large. I myself ate 5-6 skewers and was filled up to the 8th portion. So be careful not to ask for too much! If you want to eat cosy yakitori in Ebisu, I recommend this restaurant!
