クライアントであり友達のグラマラス人妻美女・K嬢と、水曜夜に恵比寿「鉄玄」へ。
前の経験で、ここはジンギスカンだけじゃなく、お店のおまかせコースで食べると
とんでもなくおいしい牛肉が出てくることがわかったので、それを注文。

最初のレバ刺し。
人生で食べた最高のレバ刺し。
サクサク歯切れのいいれ場刺しって、初めて。
新鮮さが、歯から伝わってくるーーーーーー
その後、ジンギスカンをひととおり食べて
（新鮮だから、塩でさっぱり食べられる。だからもたれない）
次々に、肉が登場！
三角かルビ、ゲタカルビ、ロースなど、もうなにもかもが
歯茎だけで食べられるくらいやわやわーーーー
うまいーー脂が甘いーーーー
「警察につかまりそうで怖いくらい、旨い」
と言ったらK嬢が
「わけわかんないけど、その気持ちはわかる」
そのK嬢も大好きなロースを口に入れた瞬間
「・・・・肉って、おいしいね」
とため息。
ベタすぎるけど、それ以外に言いようのない真実のコメント。
