確かに人にお勧めできる、美味しいお洒落なお店でした。
6時に入った時にはすいていたのに、じきに満席。
人気なのですね～。
まずは、ビール。
おすすめに従って、山梨県で作っているオリジナルビール、イワイラガー。
さっぱりしたキレと、濃い味わいがあります。
意外としっかり重め。
エスニックフードに合わせるのは、軽いビールかと思っていましたが、これも良いわ～。
ボトルのワインが3300円均一という良心的価格ですから、ビールの後は、スパークリングのロゼ(お店の人が選んでくれた)。
辛口で、お料理にぴったり。
さて。お料理です。
生春巻きとバインセオは外せません。
野菜たっぷり、色もきれい。
蒸し鶏とケールのサラダは、いろいろな野菜が入って、見た目も華やか。
ケール自体は少し硬いけれど、許容範囲。
エビとハマグリの土鍋蒸しも美味しい～！
旨味たっぷり～。
パクチー乗せが嬉しい。
ラムのしゅうまい？

いや～、これも美味しかった。
ラムの臭みなんて全然無いですよ。
〆はカオマンガイ。
辛いソースが二種類あります。
メニュー選びはお店の人が協力してくれます。
(新人ちゃんには聞かないように。この新人ちゃんは、まだ運ぶ以外の役に立ちませんでした)
充実したディナーになりました。
