渋谷ストリーム3階にある魚料理専門の居酒屋。
日替りのランチメニューに惹かれて。
『なかめのてっぺん 渋谷ストリーム店』
履物を脱ぎ、奥の窓際席へ案内されて。
早い時間だったので、まだ空いてました。
調味料の瓶がいろいろと。
充実したテーブルセット。
循環箸が長くてちょっと変わった形状。
手元の部分が削り立ての鉛筆のようで。
■かきと白身魚のタルタルフライ定食 980円 ※本日の日替り
大きなお椀には、大好きな赤だし。
わかめ、しめじ、万能ねぎ。
ごはんはデフォルトで多め、やや硬めの炊き加減。
大好きな魚のフライ＆牡蠣フライ。
付け合わせのきゃべつの千切りにさっぱりした青紫蘇ドレッシング。
四角いフライは、北海道産の真鱈。
熱々の衣がサクサク。
身がフワフワで、ジュ～シ～！！
解凍の塩鱈とは違う食感、美味しさ。
広島県産牡蠣フライが2個。
こちらも、衣がサクサク。
身がフワフワで、ジュ～シ～！！
それぞれ、最初の1個は何も付けずにそのままで。
2個目は生梅醤油をかけてみたり。
タルタルソースををのせてみたりして。
きゃべつにかけられたドレッシングが衣の下の部分に染みて
びしょびしょだったのがちょっと残念、上げ底になっていればなぁ・・・。
いやぁ～でも、美味しかった。
今度は、「アジフライ」かなぁ。
お会計時、すぐ側にある板場で男前のお兄さんが仕込み中で。
「赤かれい」？「北海道？」と尋ねると当たりでした。
厚みがあるので子持ちのようです。
撮影承諾もらうと手を止めてフリーズしてくれましたよ。
