仲間と飲むことになり、仲間が予約してくれた店。
入口から長いカウンター席があり、奥に進むと渋谷川が見れるテーブル席がある。
沖縄料理の定番商品が並び、味もしっかり沖縄クオリティー。
女性店主？らしき人が、沖縄料理が好きでやってるけど、沖縄出身ではないらしい。
半熟の玉子の柔らかさが、丁寧な仕事を物語っている。
もずくの天ぷらがおっさわにはオイリーだったけど、どれも旨い。
締めに肉そばを注文。
ラフテー、ソーキ、チャーシューが入ってる沖縄そば。
鰹出汁がガンガン効いてて旨かった。
個人的に沖縄そばの弱点というか、沖縄そばの麺は、どこも弱めな気がするから
沖縄そばの麺をどっかの製麺所に依頼して、ブラッシュアップしたら
沖縄そばだけで大行列できんじゃね？って思う美味しい出汁だった。
