隠れ家オイスターバーに行ってきました！
ずっと気になってたところで念願でした！
ここは牡蠣好きな方は絶対行って欲しいくらい、
とにかくいろんな牡蠣が楽しめて全部美味しすぎました
特に1枚目の牡蠣盛り合わせは、
いろんな前菜が乗っててどれを食べても美味しいって連呼してた
いろんな県の牡蠣があって、どれも新鮮でぷりぷり！✨
いろんなお値段のコースがあったので
予算や量に合わせて選べるのも嬉しい！
今回頂いたのは7700円のコース！
・季節の一口スープ
・生牡蠣二種と牡蠣前菜３種の贅沢盛り合わせ
・フルーツヴィネガーサラダ 自家製牡蠣バター
・牡蠣と有頭海老のブイヤベース トマト仕立て
・牡蠣の和牛巻き 陽炎
・焦がしブラッティーナの牡蠣ボロネーゼ
・ドルチェ
印象的だったのは、牡蠣の和牛巻き✨
目の前でファイヤーしてくれて、
めちゃくちゃびっくり
お肉に合う魚って、牡蠣しかなくない？って
食べながら思いました。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席があり
どんなシーンにも利用できそうでした✨
