フレッシュチーズが食べいたいっ！との思いで、
少々交通の便は悪いこちらに、
20時滑り込みでお邪魔しました。
ブッラータが食べられるのは、
サラダピッツァかフルーツプレートか、
トマトプレート（正式名称は「たっぷりトマトとブッラータ オレガノ添え」のようです）。
フルーツプレートのフルーツは、季節で変わるのかな？
今は、ピーチのメニューでしたね。
私は、トマトプレートにパンを付けて、
他にホエードリンクをオーダーしました。
ブッラータチーズは、
思いの外、中がしっかり固まっている感じ。
ナイフを入れたとき、内側から流れ出す。。。という感じはなかったです。
口に含んでみると、
濃厚かつ純粋な牛乳生まれの風味が、
ベースにずっしりと効いてます。
あまり味という感じはなくて、
出来たてのフレッシュチーズならではの、
透明感とか素材感を楽しむイメージです。
トマトは、色とりどりのフルーツトマト。
甘くてジューシーで大好きですが、
このブッラータとフルーツトマト、
あと酸味の効いたドレッシングのコンビネーションが、
素晴らしく美味しい！
単体づつでも美味しいですが、
３つが一緒になると３倍というより、
３乗なくらい美味しい！
もう、口に運ぶ手が止まりません。
ブッラータが、ボコンとまるまる来るので、
ボリューム的に、お店の方から少々心配されますが、
いえいえ、スライスされたパンと合わせて、
ペロリと軽やかかつ、涼やかに
いただいてしまいました。
ちなみにホエードリンクは、薄めのマンゴー味。
ヨーグルトの上に張っている黄色い液体ホエーは、
見た目どうも印象良くないのですが、
健康には抜群とのこと。
こんな感じで仕立てて貰えれば、
美味しくいただけますね。
店内にインストールされているチーズ工房は、
しばしお休み中とのことですが、
また、その手仕事を目前にしながら、
美味しくいただきたいと思います。
