【来店動機】
近くに来たので評価の高い当店に…。
【雰囲気】
駅から４分の距離で２階に店舗はあります。
店の外観は、天井部の店名が目印。
店内は、窓からの光も多く入り、明るく小綺麗な雰囲気。
【味】
●炭火焼焙煎珈琲 ６５０円
提供された品は、フルシティ～フレンチの中間のローストで、強めの苦味、やや弱めの
甘みとコクがあり、酸味はありません。
炭味までは行きませんが、豆のポテンシャルより深めの焙煎になっている為、尖った苦
味と、焙煎後数日経ったエグミを感じます。
この為、アフターテイストも尖ったエグミが出ています。
焙煎の煎り止めが遅かったのでしょう。
豆の在庫管理もシッカリして欲しいです。

〔余談〕
新宿では焙煎も在庫管理も良かったのですが…。
豆は工場で一括焙煎し、店舗に配送していると思われますが、焙煎にバラツキが大きく
腕が今一つなのでしょう。

焙煎技術の腕を上げて、在庫管理をシッカリして欲しいです。
