池袋のTOMBOYでインド料理を食べた話を友人にしたら
「私も行きたい。連れて行って！」とリクエスト。
ならば今回は池袋よりもお互いに便のいい渋谷の姉妹店に
行ってみることに。
一歩足を踏み入れるとモヤイ像や仏像が目に飛び込んでくる
キッチュな店内。なんでインド料理なのにモヤイなの？と
日本語ぺらぺらのインド人の店員さんに聞いてみたら、
社長さんが渋谷のモヤイ像を作った人なのだとか！！
店内にはもちろんタンドリーあり。
店内は思った以上に広くて、キッチュな雰囲気。靴を脱いで座る席も。
この日は渋谷のギャルたちが車座になっていました（笑）
まずは甘くて飲みやすいマンゴービールで乾杯！
雰囲気もメニューも池袋店とは若干異なるようで、今回は
TOMBOY女子会コース（3,980円 2時間飲み放題つき）に
しました。
イクラ＆サーモンの生春巻き 友人がイクラが苦手だったので、
イクラをもらい、ひとり「こぼれイクラ生春巻き」状態（笑）
天然ぶりのインディアンカルパッチョはライム香る爽やかな
1皿。インド料理店とは思えない新鮮なお刺身を使っていました。
海老とマッシュルームのガネージョ 「ガネージョってなに？」と
思ったらアヒージョにマサラスパイスを加えたオリジナルメニュー
なのだそう。バゲットじゃなくて、ナンでいただくところが
インド風。秋田県の白神こだま酵母を使用した生地で作った
ナンがとてもおいしい～！
夏野菜のパコラ盛り合わせ。パコラとは豆粉を衣にしたインド風の
フリッター。
ふんわり、さっくりと揚がった中にはアボカド、カリフラワー、
ズッキーニ、オクラ...と野菜づくし。
自家製サングリア
海老、ラム、チキンのタンドールの盛り合わせ
タンドリーと言えばチキンが王道だけど、ラムがジューシーで
美味しい。
池袋店でも食べたネパール料理のMOMO（水餃子）をTOMBOY流に
酸味とスパイスの効いたスープで食べるヒマラヤスパイシースープ
MOMO。このスープが美味しくて友人と取りあいに（笑）
黒毛和牛のインディアンステーキは炭火焼で焼いてあるから
香ばしい風味で、お肉は柔らかくてジューシー。ヒマラヤ岩塩と
チャットマサラと一緒にいただきます。牛タンの炭火焼きタンドールは
タン独特の歯ごたえがたまりません。
タンドールが5種類も出てくるなんてとても豪華！
もうお腹がはちきれそう！と言っているところに出てきたのが
TOMBOY人気No.1バターチキンカレー。大好きなバターチキンカレーは
ほんのり甘みを感じるマイルドな味でお腹いっぱいなのに食べられちゃう。
そしてナンにチーズを乗せたクワトロチーズナンはもちもちした
ナンにチーズたっぷり乗っていて至福の味。いつかこれだけ
お腹いっぱい食べてみたい・
デザートは選ぶことができ、さすがにお腹いっぱいで名物の巨大な
モーモーパフェは無理で、本日のデザートにしました。
チーズケーキとアイスクリームの盛り合わせを濃厚なチャイと
一緒に。
2時間の飲み放題がついて、これだけのボリュームでこの値段は
CP高すぎ！
渋谷駅からは地下で直結していて、雨にも濡れない便利なロケーション♪
映画館の入っているビルの中なので映画の前後の食事にもお勧めです。
