フランスとイタリアの国旗を間違えているんじゃないだろうから、たぶんフレンチなんだろう。
迷った。でもランチは一番上に掲載されているメニューがイチオシだというセオリーに従いカレーを注文した。
ずいぶん昔にソウル旅行したとき帰りの空港で空腹状態に耐え切れずカレーを喰ったことを思いだした。
あきらかにカタクリコでトロミをつけてダシは取らない。輪切りの唐辛子のみの辛さ。
スーパーで買ってきたレトルトのカレーを帰国後食べたが同じ味。
韓国は日本から近いがカレーに関してはかなり異文化だと感じた。
黒米と春野菜の天ぷらカレー（大盛無料） 1000円
この味だ。
明らかに不自然なトロミ。
ダシの入ってないボンカレー風のルー。
衣が厚すぎて山菜類と思える野菜を風味を消しお餅のような天ぷら。
柔らかすぎてカレーに合わない黒米。
目の前にダシはあるから入れてないことはないんだろうけど・・・量をケチっているのか・・・
大きい円形のスプーンは少し重めでとても食べやすい。
カレーだけでフレンチの店の評価をするのは気が引けますが・・いちおうメニューの一つなので・・・
