日本橋 玉ゐさんはいつも行列で、並ぶのが嫌いなので敬遠しつつも、いつかは食べたいと思っていて、土曜ランチで人形町店に初訪問です。
待つことなく座れました。箱めしは、めそ箱めしが小さい穴子2尾と、普通の箱めしは大きめ1尾とのことで小箱を注文。仕上げを選択出来、ふっくら煮上げか香ばしく焼き上げの二択。
今回はふっくら煮上げを選びました。
待つこと4分で出てきます。
早い!!仕事中のランチタイムだと非常にありがたいです。
穴子はふっくら、最初の一口目の印象は「美味しい」と直感したので、私好みなのでしょう。
食べているとタレの甘さや、ご飯の柔らかすぎるところが気になったけど、柚子皮・ワサビ・山椒と薬味を変えて楽しめて大満足。
量は小箱で十分でした。
