【店舗概要】
人形町の裏路地にあるオステリアです。
カジュアル過ぎず、かしこまり過ぎずなお店です。
焼肉店のマンツォビーノなどが系列店のよう。
駅からは少し歩きます。
【雰囲気とサービス】
テーブル席が複数あります。
席間隔は席によっては少し広めです。
この日はクリスマスランチでしたので、限定3組ということでかなり空間にゆとりあり、居心地良かったです。
ホールスタッフはお一人、厨房兼ホールのような方がお一人の体制でした。
価格帯を考えると、グラスの赤ワインの一つに大量のオリが入っていたこと(最後の一杯だったのでしょう)、お水のサーブなどが少し手薄だったことなどは気になりました。
【オーダー内容とコスパ】
ワインペアリング付きのクリスマスランチコースを予約していました。
通常のランチコースより少しお高めだった模様。
内容は以下。

○平目とヘーゼルナッツのパン粉焼き シチュー仕立て

通常のコースが4,000円〜と考えると、コスパはそれと比較した場合低下するとは思いますが、空間が良かったので、良いクリスマスランチになりました。
【感想】
どのお料理も一工夫があったと思い、良かったです。
最初のお料理は、レンズ豆とお肉のテリーヌが美味。
白子のフリットも熱く、柚子のソースでさっぱりと。
帆立のグリルは、海苔と山椒のソースで。
猪のラグーはこの日一番好きでした。
臭みはなく、肉肉しくコクがある、香り良いソース。
ロール状なのが珍しいと思いました。
平目とヘーゼルナッツのパン粉焼きは、ナッツの食感とクミンの風味が少し強い気はしました。
平目の火入れ加減は良かったです。
シチュー仕立てですが、ホワイトソースを付けていただくようなお料理でした。
デザートワインとのペアリングは驚きましたが、クミンの風味を口直しさせるようなイメージだったのでしょうか。
鴨のローストは、山羊のチーズとバルサミコ酢ベースのソースで。
少し火入れが強い感じでしたが、皮目が香ばしく美味。
グリルしたみかんが付け合せ。
これが温かくてとても甘くて美味。
当店は柑橘の使い方がお上手に思いました。
タルトタタンはイメージと異なりましたが、最後まで美味しくコースは終了。
ありきたりでないワインペアリングも総じてお料理に合っており、良いフルコースでした。
お料理はカジュアル路線、お店の雰囲気も落ち着いた感じなので、気張らず楽しめると思います。
