両面焼きソース焼きそば専門店の先駆け的存在としたお店の支店。
メニューは、看板メニューの両面焼きそば＋トッピングメニュー＋サイドメニュー＋ドリンクという構成。
両面焼きそばの麺は、強力粉に全粒粉をブレンドしたコシのある自家製麺。
茹でてから円板状に広げ、きつね色になるまで両面をしっかり焼き付けている。
パリッと焼かれた麺から溢れる香ばしさは、やみつきになること請け合い。
食べ進めればソースのコクと野菜、豚肉の旨味が口の中に広がる。
また、ウスターソースに醤油や砂糖など10種類以上の調味料をブレンドした秘伝のソースが食欲をそそる。
パリパリ＆ジューシー感の麺感がクセになる逸品でした。
