あっさり美味しく
今日は1人でゆっくりランチ！
で12時10分前に入店、既に3名のお客様がいます。
2人席7、4人席1でご夫婦でやられているのかな～。
ランチはパスタのみで、トマト、クリーム、オイルで各１種類、店の売りの渡り蟹のトマトソースそして1日10食限定のラザニアで構成されています。
全てサラダ、ドリンク付きです。
本日はミートソースをセレクト。ピリ辛の少し緩めのソースですが、オイルが少なくあっさりとして美味しいです。
麺は1.4mmでアルデンテで良いかと思います。
サラダはオリーブオイルベースのシンプルなドレッシングですがこれも飽きなくて良いです。
最後はホットORアイスの珈琲か紅茶です。私はホット珈琲が多いです。
本日もごちそうさまでした。
寒い日は美味しいラザニア♪
仲間と3人でランチに訪問しました。
ランチでは相当来ているので、トマトパスタを中心にいつも食べていますが、寒かったので10食限定のラザニアを頂きました。ミートソース、ベシャメル、チーズのバランスが良く優しい味でしっかりと温まりました。

ランチに2週間ぶりぐらいに訪問。12時ジャストぐらいに入店、先客が2名いらっしゃいました。
今日は豚バラ肉のピリ辛トマトソースをチョイス。
豚バラの甘味と玉葱の甘味がペペロンチーノのピリ辛とマッチして美味しかったです。
