東京メトロ日比谷線八丁堀駅のA２番口から出て右手の路地に入ります。路地に入って５０～６０ｍほどの
ところにお店があります。落ち着いた印象のある割烹系のお店で、名物は「活けイカの姿造り」ということで
した。ただイカに関しては常に用意してあるわけではないので、いただきたい場合は事前予約するのがいいと
言うことでした。
実際この日も海の状態が良くなかったと言うことで仕入れが無く食べることが出来ませんでした。
ということで今回はカウンタ席でお店のおすすめするお酒をいただきながら「刺身の盛合せ」、「のどぐろ」
「天ぷら」といったところをいただきました。
刺し盛りは５点盛りと言うことでしたが、イカの件もあったのが影響したのでしょうか若干種類多めに入れ
てくれていてくれたようですが、横から他のお客さんの刺し盛りの内容が聞こえてきたのと比べると同じだっ
たので皆平等にサービスしてくれているようでした。
天ぷらは珍しく「ししゃも」があったのでお願いすると、揚げたてのいい状態で出てきました。まずは一匹
油モノではありますが軽い印象です。冷めるとやや湿っぽくなる気がするので、これは熱々のうちに一気に
いただくのがおすすめです。
「のどぐろ」はオーソドックスに塩焼きにしてもらいましたが、これがかなりの大物で味も非常に美味しか
ったです。
〆に「そば」をといきたかったのですが、ここまでいただいただけでもかなり満足だったので、〆蕎麦は次回
ということでお店を後にしました。
