今日は用事で八丁堀のあたりに来ていたので、どこかいい店がないかと食べログで検索すると、ど・みそがあるじゃないか。
オロチョンを食べてみたいなって思ってから、数年経ってますが初のチャンス到来。
打ち合わせを終わらせてど・みそへ。14時も過ぎていたこともあり、空いてました。まずは券売機でお目当のオロチョンを購入。
席は間隔をあけており、アクリル板なども用意されており、コロナ対策はしっかりされてました。
食券をカウンターに置いて、辛さを選ぶのですが、普通、激辛、ファイヤーがあり、初めてということもあり激辛を選択。
オーダーしてから、わりと早いタイミングでラーメンが登場。もしかしたら麺だけ入店と同時に入れてるのかな？
見た感じカイエンペッパーも味噌肉も辛さを醸し出す感じの色をしており辛そう。麺は太麺。
スープはそこまで辛そうではない。
東京味噌ラーメンってフレーズはとにかく、味噌味噌した感じではなく、個人的には好きな味。
辛さは激辛でも個人的には辛くなかった。ファイヤーにすればよかったな。
スープも美味しいしモヤシの量も適度だし、麺も美味しく、あっという間に食べ終わってしまいました。
また、行きたい店ですね。
