Food Pork Cutlet tonkatsu made with Yogenton pork aged for 10 days and carefully selected brand pork
We use "Aged Yongen Pork" which has been aged for 10 days to bring out its softness and flavor. By aging, the protein is broken down and amino acids increase, which increases the flavor. Furthermore, the enzymes in the meat itself make it moist and chewy. In addition, we also offer "selected brand pork" carefully selected according to the season. Enjoy high-quality Pork Cutlet made with carefully selected pork.

Our restaurant is particular about not only the pork, but also the frying oil and breadcrumbs. For frying, we use ``vegetable fruit oil,'' which has a crispy and light finish. Oils derived from rape blossoms, palm fruits, and corn are healthy and rich in vitamins. For the bread crumbs, we use "roasted fresh bread crumbs" with an emphasis on texture and the sharpness of the batter. Coarse bread crumbs with good oil and flavor. “Super Extra Large Shrimp Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl)” is a limited menu item at our Nihonbashi Hanare restaurant. Two extravagant pieces of "extra large shrimp cutlet", a dish with an irresistible texture of plump shrimp! By wrapping three large shrimps in pork belly and frying them, you get a rich texture and delicious flavor! ! Comes with tartar sauce that you can make by crushing your own eggs. Quantities are limited, so hurry!

Sophisticated modern interior using plain wood and copper plates. All seats in the store are counter seats, making it easy for even one person to enter the store. This store is our second store, following our popular main store in Nihonbashi. It is conveniently located a 2-minute walk from Mitsukoshimae Station, and a further 2-minute walk from the main store. We also have our famous grilled Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl), which is not available at the main store, so please use it according to your mood and convenience that day.
