行きたかった まんてん鮨さんへ初訪問できました!
11時に事前予約し、少し前に店舗前に着くと既に行列が…
予約時間に名前を呼ばれ入店しましたが、予約していなかった先頭以外の方たちはお店に入れずでしたので予約していて良かったです。
〈いただいたもの〉
おまかせコース
先ずはドリンクの注文と苦手な食材を聞かれます。
日本語のドリンクメニューはなく、ドキドキしましたが生ビールをお願いしました。
間もなく生ビールが提供され、スタート！
いただいた品は写真をご参照いただければと思いますが、事前情報通り品数豊富でした。
少量が少しずつ出てきたので、いわゆる腹パンには私はなりませんでしたが、少食の方は完食が大変かもしれません。
全て美味しかったのですが、特に印象に残っているのは「バフンウニの手巻」です。
ここまでたっぷりと盛られたウニの手巻をいただいたのは記憶がありません。これだけでもコスパ最高です。
メカブと松前漬けの小丼はネバネバ系が被っていたのが少々残念でしたが、トータルで非常に満足させていただきました。
握り手さんの爽やかな笑顔、他の店員さんの笑顔はもちろんお気遣いがとても良く、一人でも充実した時間を過ごすことができました。
