素材････ ３ ももの正肉は少し上品な感じの味かなあ、やっぱり美味しいです。
見た目は少しちいさいかなあ。
焼き具合････３ 普通です。焼きすぎず生すぎずという感じです。
皮の素材と焼き具合････３ 少しブヨブヨ感はありますが、あまり厚くはない感じでした。
皮に味がついているのかなあ？？
タレ････３ 少し薄味かなあ。
総評････３ 上品さは感じます。美味しいですね。しかし、私好みのタイプではないです。
皮は１５０円、串もも２００円、砂肝 １６８円でした。
また、皮は阿波尾鶏
ももは桜島鶏とかいてありました。
