日本には数々のホテルが存在する中、パレスホテルは特にレストランの質が高いと思う。今回利用した鉄板焼濠もかなり美味しかった。
特筆すべきはやはりメインの黒毛和牛ヒレ。焼き加減が絶妙で柔らかく非常に美味しかった。また、松茸と魳のお椀も良い出汁で心も落ち着く一杯だった。メインに至るまでの前菜が美味しいとやはり安心感がある。
料理の満足度が高いことに加えて、和を基調とした雰囲気も素敵。接客もしっかりとしているので、あらゆるシーンで使えると思う。たまにはパレスホテルでのランチも良いものだ。
