大手町・NYで人気のカジュアルイタリアン「セラフィーナニューヨーク丸の内店」
1995年NYで生まれ、著名人や家族連れに大人気のカジュアルイタリアン"Serafina"(セラフィーナ）、アジア初出店となる"Serafina NEW YORK 丸の内店"
お店はパレスホテルビルの地下にあるのに、大きなガラスから入る自然光と明るい色の木を基調としたインテリアなので、薄暗さを全く感じさせません。季節が変わればテラス席でもランチも気持ちよさそうです。
平日限定ランチセットには、ピッツァサラダセット、パスタサラダセット、リゾットサラダセット、1日限定10食！バヴェットステーキ サラダセット等。
週替わりのようで、今日の日付のメニューを確認します。本場ニューヨーク店のレシピそのままという窯焼きピッツァは、NYセレブに人気だとか。

【サラダ】
「セラフィーナ特製サラダ」
サラダは、レタス、トマトが入っていて、甘みのあるオリジナルシャンパンハニードレッシングが使われています。
自家製ドレッシング・“オリジナルシャンパンハニードレッシング”は、カナダ産はちみつの優しい甘さとシャンパンビネガー、隠し味のしょうゆ。
【パスタ】
【寒サバと菜の花、とケッパーのアーリオ・オーリオ・ペペロンチーノ・タイムの香り】
サバの身のラグーにケッパーを入れ、仕上げに菜の花のソテーを加えたアーリオオーリオペペロンチーノ。サバは、柔らかく火を入れて、とろけるような食感で、噛めば肉汁が溢れ出てきます。（肉じゃないけれど）そのサバの身の量だけでも平均以上のレベル。そこに、鷹の爪とケッパーが加わることで、凡庸とせずシャープなソースに仕上げています。
サラダとパスタ以外、ドリンクさえ何も、付きませんから、オフィス街のデイリーランチとしては、高め価格設定ですが、これだけのレベルであれば納得のものです。求めているのは、これですよ、これ！っていう、期待通りの美味しさでした。
サービスに難が無ければ満点でした。

Serafina NY Marunouchi, an Italian Cuisine Restaurants in Otemachi, 2 minutes walk from Otemachi Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, 8 minutes walk from Tokyo Station on the JR Yamanote Line, Marunouchi Palace Building B1F. "Serafina NEW YORK Marunouchi store" is the first store in Asia of the popular Italian Cuisine "Serafina", which was born in New York in 1995 and has expanded all over the world. Staff trained in New York use the original restaurant's recipes, which are based on northern Italian cuisine, to make oven-baked pizzas and homemade pasta using Italy's highest quality wheat. It is operated by Bros Dining Co., Ltd. Two weekly lunch courses including ``SHARI THE TOKYO SUSHI BAR'', ``Teppan Mitaki'', ``SHARI'', and ``SHARI Akasaka''. Salad set or prix fixe course. The main courses you can choose from are 2 types of pasta, 1 type of risotto, 2 types of pizza, and 3 other types of courses. Two types of pasta: cabbage peperoncino or bamboo shoots and smoked chicken thighs in cream sauce, short pasta to short pasta.
