❑バー＆インド料理 マハラジャ 丸の内店（Maharaja）
平日ランチはかなり混雑するお店だが、ニューシマランの不営業にフラれたのでティファンを求め移動して訪店。
本日:限定とメニュー表記のハイデラバーディー ビリヤニ（チキン又は野菜）を依頼するも平日のみらしい…。食べログのクーポン提示で特典を享受。
先にサラダとドリンク、１９分程で供されました。
実食！
◉ベジタリアン ドーサ コンボ￥１６３０：Vegetarian Dosa Comboはマサラドーサ・ワダ・野菜カレー・サームバー・ココナッツチャットニー・ライス・サラダの構成。
南インド地方のドーサ（ライスと豆のクレープ）は生地の状態なのか酸味は少なく、厚みによってパリパリともっちり感の両方が楽しめました。滑らかでスパイスの効いたマサラポテトとココナッツのチャトニが合います。
サームバーはSambharをそのまま発音した表記と思われるが、カレーリーフは少しだけど豆のとろみ加減と熱々がいいサンバルに油切れのいいワダを浸しても美味しい。野菜カレーはシナモンが効いて、辛さ指定がない割には辛めで冷凍野菜じゃないのがありがたい。少し柔らかいジャポニカ米だがティファン（軽食）の領域をこえて満腹に。
▫︎マンゴ ラッシー（通常￥230）：濃厚なマンゴーと爽やかなラッシーで美味しい。
都内他で展開するマハラジャグループの強みか、丸の内エリアでドーサが味わえるのは貴重だと思う。(￣ー￣) ごちそうさまでした。
