久しぶりに訪れた寿司屋「佐たけ」。
ここは超有名店で、移転する前の5年くらい前にランチで行ったことがありました。
今回は夜に。
前回の訪問が忘れられず、再びその扉を叩いた私たちは、繊細かつ革新的な寿司を心ゆくまで堪能しました。
