Contrary to the image of a bustling street, the atmosphere, taste, and service are all good, making it recommended for dates and business dinners ◎ When you step inside the restaurant, you will be greeted by an exciting, sophisticated Japanese space and the delicious aroma of dashi soup. You can even see Tokyo Tower from some of the private rooms♪ The course I ordered this time came with all-you-can-drink, and there was a wide variety of dishes, so I was very satisfied◎ Good value for money! ---------꙳◌Thoughts on the food◌꙳--------- ◆Matsusaka beef dashi soup It came in a glass, which got me excited. The dashi was delicious, and I was excited about shabu shabu soup at the end of the course◎ . ◆Three appetizers, two meat and vegetable platters I was surprised when five dishes were brought out at once! It was gorgeous and each one was made with so much care that I was impressed✨ Among them, the Matsusaka beef Sushi was so delicious that it was almost unfair The Matsusaka beef tartar raw minced cutlet was raw minced cutlet!? I thought, but the moderate rareness and the combination of breadcrumbs(?) were the best! Personally, I like salmon roe, so the fact that a bowl of tuna and salmon roe came out early on was a big plus◎ ・ ◆ Matsusaka Beef Cutlet roll It was a waste to roll it up... I thought I might want to eat it as it is... but it was the right choice to roll it◎ This is the first time I've tried the combination of vinegared rice and cutlet.
