Ginza Corridor Street, Japanese Black Beef Steak
Located in the Ginza Corridor area, you can enjoy Italian Cuisine-style bistecca (charcoal grilled) Kuroge Wagyu beef. You can enjoy the classic atmosphere of the good old days of Italy and the cuisin |
"Nero/Occhi" is a restaurant serving authentic oven-baked Neapolitan pizza in the Ginza Corridor. "Nero/Occhi" means "black eyes." The restaurant serves Italian cuisine made by a chef who specializes in Meat Dishes in a classical atmosphere of the good old days of Italy. Popular items include pizzas baked in an authentic stone oven by a skilled pizzaiolo (craftsman) and T-bone Steak made with aged meat. The sepia-toned interior is like a movie set, reminiscent of a good old American bar (a bar in Chicago during the Prohibition era) like the one in the movie "The Untouchables." The weekday lunch menu includes chicken dei avolo, today's Meat Dishes "polpettei," pasta "bolognese," "rich carbonara," "salsiccia all'arrabiata," "whitebait and cabbage peperoncino," and "lasagna," all of which come with soup and bread. Large servings of pasta are free! Drinks are 200 yen. Today I had a large serving of "Spaghettini with Shirasu and Cabbage". [Soup] "Corn Soup" A mellow cream soup with a rich corn flavor. It comes in a large cup. [Bread] "Homemade Focaccia" Moist focaccia with chopped onions kneaded into it and soaked in olive oil. The sweetness of the onions was brought out and it was very delicious. [Pasta] "Spaghettini with Shirasu and Cabbage" The sweetness from the spring cabbage and the moderate saltiness from the generous amount of Shirasu on top go well with the peperoncino sauce. The cabbage is also moderately soft, and the garlic aroma is delicious when entangled with the pasta. I asked for a large serving, and it was about 300g. It is operated by the Japanese major restaurant chain "Kai Corporation". Even though it is a group Restaurants, it is not a dish that even a part-time worker can easily make, and the homemade focaccia is made with care, and I think that the friendly service of the staff is enough to feel the skill of the restaurant.
