前から一回チャレンジしたかったシンガポールのチキンライス。
今年はアジアン料理制覇が目標なので思い切って行って来ました。
会社からトコトコ数分。汐留シティセンターへ。
目指すは海南鶏飯さん。
そうそうこのご飯と蒸鶏のチキンライス。
お昼前の11時過ぎなのでまだ店内はガラガラ。
鶏肉は蒸しと揚げとがあるんですね。
初めてなのでハーフ＆ハーフ。
ますはサラダ。
このドレッシングがちょっと甘くて美味しいです。
で、メイン登場。
来たかったけどちょっと敬遠してたのは
勝手にすごいボリューミーだと思い込んでた。
けど意外にそんなに量はない。
これだったら食べきれる。
ソースは３種。
甜麺醤みたいのとスイートチリとネギだれ。
まあどれも美味しい。
チキンライスの食べ方って通りに、まずはご飯だけ。
チキンのダシがしみこんでる上に、ショウガのいい香りもして
これご飯だけでも美味しい。
おにぎりにしたいくらい。
ソースをつけてチキンもいただきます。
スイートチリとネギだれが好みかな？
いやいや想像以上に美味しいやん。
揚げてる方もから揚げとはひと味違ってあっさり目。
クセになりそうな感じ。
夜にのみに来るのもいいかもね。
