ランチに訪問。
炒め野菜タンメン（８８０円）を頂きました。
ラーメンの上に、炒め野菜とチャーシューが二枚載っていますね。
ではでは、まずスープを、、

「しおどめ」ラーメンだからか？
いや、そんな駄洒落はともかく、塩辛すぎに感じました。。。
炒め野菜とスープを合わせた上での塩加減を考慮していなかったのか？
それとも、スープのタレを必要以上に入れてしまったのか？？
ナゾは深まるばかりですが、ちょっとこれだと、スープをゴクゴク飲む気にはなれませんでした。
麺は少し太めですが、まぁまぁなお味。
載っている、炒め野菜は少し炒め過ぎな感はありますが、許容範囲内です。
チャーシューも無難だし。
その他の要素がそこそこなだけに、スープの味の残念さ加減が
「ひとしお」
でした。。
