平日の19時頃。
買い物がてらマルイの中をぶらぶら…何か夕食を…品数多めでバランスよさげなものが食べたい…
そんな希望を叶えてくれそうなお店を見つけ、空席もあったので入店。
白を基調としたインテリア、おしゃれ。
お食事メニューには”お味噌汁・黒玄米・ほうじ茶”は共通となっており、メインを何にするか選ぶスタイル。
決まったらQRコードを利用して注文。

(小鉢)
ぷりぷり海老とブロッコリーのチリマヨソース和え
さわらの西京焼きと大根おろし
たっぷり野菜と牛肉のチャプチェ
丸いお盆に小鉢たちが行儀よく配置され運ばれてきます。
お味噌汁は出汁から手作りと書かれていたので期待しておりましたが、少し塩分濃いめで出汁感はあまり感じられず。
黒玄米はもうちょい水分控え目に炊かれていたほうがわたしは好みかな。
でも、日常的に食べている白米とは見た目・食感・味も違うからそれだけで食事って楽しくなるから不思議。
小鉢3種は”さわらの西京焼き”がこの中では1番好きだった。
”さわら”って焼きすぎるとパサパサになっちゃうけど、しっとりしていて大根おろしとポン酢(かな?)でさっぱり。
チリマヨソースはソース同士の主張が強そうな気がしたけど、お互いの良い部分が引き出されていて辛みも絶妙。
チャプチェは味がぼやっとしていてちょっと残念なお味つけでした。
温かいほうじ茶は食後のホッとした〆に。
滞在は1時間ほど。
店内は満席になることなく、お1人様でものんびり過ごすことができました。
