日比谷・有楽町駅高架下にあるイタリアン『Trattotoa Ciao トラットリア チャオ』
高架下で開業されて10年だそうです。名物はゲストの目の前で調理・カッティングする「石焼きパルメザンチーズリゾット」や「切り立て生ハム」、石窯「4種のチーズピザ」、イタリアの名店ラ・カルボナーラ直伝ブカティーニを使ったカルボナーラ、サングリアは、15年ずっと同じレシピで作る伝統の味だそうです。
ご経営は株式会社曙家商会、汐留のイタリア街にあるトラットリアチャオトウキョウ、蕎麦AKEBONOYAなどが同経営のようです。
今日のお昼の時間には、小雨どころかけっこうな降り。行きたかった八丁堀のビストロにはちょい厳しい為、駅至近のお店を検索。有楽町からも日比谷からもすぐ、ピザトーストで有名な紅鹿舎の前に位置します。
ランチメニューは、5種のパスタ、ピッツア5種、新メニュー（牛肉１００％のハンバーグ・3日間煮込んだ秘伝のデミグラスソース、北海道甘海老の濃厚海老カレー）。全てサラダバー＆ドリンクバー付きです。デザートもありました。ちなみにパスタは大盛無料！
今日は【牛肉１００％のハンバーグ・3日間煮込んだ秘伝のデミグラスソース】ライスは「大盛」。
オーダー後、カウンターに「サラダバー」「ドリンクバー」へ取りに行きます。
【ドリンク】

ドリンクバー・他には紅茶（冷、温）、コーヒー（冷、温）、オレンジジュース、グレープフルーツジュース、レモン水。
【サラダ】
「選んだサラダ」
レタス、ブロッコリー、海藻、キューリ、トマト、コーン。
サラダバー内容・レタス、ブロッコリー、海藻、キューリ、トマト、コーン、かぼちゃのサラダなど。ドレッシング（玉ねぎドレッシング、和風青じそ、シーザーサラダ）。
【メイン】
「牛肉１００％のハンバーグ・3日間煮込んだ秘伝のデミグラスソース」
牛100％の挽肉を細かく挽き、しっかり練って捏ねて柔らかく、肉肉しくないけれど、食べやすい、いかにもポルペッテイなハンバーグ。これにたっぷり覆った、秘伝のデミグラスソース。牛スジや仔牛、野菜で3日間かけて煮こんだ旨味が詰まったソース、だそうです。これはかなり美味しいソースで、イタリアンハンバーグをうまく引き立てていました。
添えられたのは、熱々揚げたてホクホクの極太フレンチフライ、ナスのピュレ。確かにナスのピュレ。
【ライス】

結構な大盛にして下さいました。大喜び。
【ドルチェ】
「パンナコッタ」
サラダバーの中にデザート枠として、2種類ありました。
面白いと思ったのは、もう一つのドルチェ、バゲットとキャラメルエスプレッソソース。
【食後の飲み物】
「コーヒー」
厨房のスタッフも、フロントのスタッフもみんなフレンドリーでいらっしゃいませとありがとうございましたの挨拶があって、好感度も大。サラダバーも丁寧にラップをかけていたし、感染対策もきちんとされていました。しきりになる壁紙に書いてある一文字一文字に、この状況で来店するゲストに対する感謝の言葉があったり、希望の料理でできるものはやります、とかこんな楽しいお店なかなかないな、と思いました。駅前で立地が良く、野菜をいっぱい取りたい時、イタリアンを楽しみたい時に、覚えておくといいお店です。
