銀座一丁目にあるメキシコ料理店。東京メトロ有楽町線の銀座一丁目駅3番出口から徒歩30秒。有楽町駅からは徒歩2分、銀座駅、京橋駅からはそれぞれ徒歩5分ほど。東亜ビルの1階にお店はある。シェフは中島哲男氏。2022年8月25日オープン。ミシュランガイド東京2024にてセレクテッドレストランを獲得。
定休日は月曜日で火曜日はランチのみお休み。営業時間は11時30分から14時30分までと17時30分から23時まで。完全予約制で前日22時までの受付。予約は原則ネット予約のみ受け付けている。席はテーブル5卓の16席。個室はなし。カード可、電子マネー可、PayPay、d払い、au PAY可。ディナーのみテーブルチャージ1人あたり500円。貸切可。子どもは中学生以上は可。お店のInstagramあり。
