東京にとん㐂、とん喜と名の付くとんかつ屋さんが多い気がします。
『とん喜』は銀座で30年以上されているお店、こちらのお店に初訪店しました。
日曜日に長女のクリニックと買物にお供した際、とんかつが食べたいと銀座•日本橋エリアで検索、3軒周ってどこも大行列。
心が折れそうになった最後にやって来ました。
店内はほぼ満席、危ないとこでした。
僕はしょうが焼き定食•ホタテフライ1個•マカロニサラダ&生ビール、娘はヒレかつ定食を注文しました。
カウンターだったので、大将が気さくに他のとん喜との関係など話してくれました。
おおらかな大将と年季の入ったスタッフの方がかつをガンガン揚げていきます。
10分程で提供されました。
しょうが焼きは甘めのタレとコクのある肩ロースが合います。
ヒレもとても柔らかくおろしでサッパリ頂きました。
定食に少しついてますがマカロニ好きなので追加注文。
マヨ感が良かったです。
銀座でこのクオリティで定食1,100円は素晴らしいです。
かつ丼が有名みたいなので次回食べたいです。
