数年振りの訪問。最初に行ったのは10年以上前ですが、相変わらず混んでます。要予約。
炭火焼はシンプルな味付けのものが中心ですが、どれを食べても美味い。
パテやマリネなど炭火焼以外のメニューも美味しい。
ワインも種類豊富で、リーズナブル。ソムリエに相談しながらオーダーすると、料理に本当によく合うものを選んでもらえます。
この日は3人だったので、泡→白→赤と進むことを想定してカラフェで飲んでいましたが、予想以上にワインが進み、料理一品につきカラフェが1個空いてしまい、ワインペアリング状態→お会計やや高め。
炭火焼の肉を食べながらワインを飲みたい人には最高の店です。
カウンターがメインなので2人組がが多いようですが、奥のテーブルを予約して、3～4人で少しづつ数多くの料理とワインをシェアするのもとても楽しいと思います。
