2回目の訪問です＾＾
年末だからなのか平日にもかかわらずすごい行列！
今回は、ラーメンの並と、コッコマンを注文。
それに、ニンニク、アブラ、ネギをコール。
12:15に着いて着丼は13:25でした！
相変わらずのすごいボリューム。
まずはスープから。
ガツンとパンチの効いた豚骨ベースに、課長が効いてる。
塩味は強いがやはりバランスがいい＾＾
上に乗った野菜もシャキシャキ。
チャーシューはホロホロ。
麺はかなりコシが強めの太麺。
G系はそこまで好きではないけど、ここは並ぶのわかるなーってくらいクオリティ高め^_^
少し味が濃くなってくるので、ここでコッコマンに付けてみる。
コッコマンは生卵2個に、生のタマネギと生姜のみじん切りが入ったやつ。
ん！さっぱり生姜が効いててリセットされる笑
また違った味わいでこれもよし＾＾
周りを見てみるとラーメンよりも、まぜそばを頼んでる人が多く見られる！
次はまぜそばにしてみよう^ ^
14時までの営業ですが、13:30で既に終了してて何人も帰ってたので、遅く来る時は注意したほうがいいかもです！
