食い倒れの旅第17弾 甲信越〜北関東の旅
（北関東で最大？都市の宇都宮を擁する栃木県）
夜に訪問。
場所は東武宇都宮駅からすぐの
栃木県総合文化センターの近くにあります。
にしても、、、宇都宮駅って
JRと東武で距離が離れ過ぎてない？？
蒲田と京急蒲田が可愛く思えるぐらい
全然場所が違ったwww
んでお店に着いたら、、、、
すでに名物の揚げ餃子は売り切れ...
なので仕方なく通常の餃子を注文。
って事で、、、
食べたのは、
焼き餃子 350円
この後、餃子巡りをする予定なので
ライスはお預けにしておいたw
で、実際の餃子だけど、
最初は皮がカリッとしてて香ばしいけど
そのうちモチモチしてきて旨い！！
餡の方は野菜中心の構成で
シャキシャキ感がしっかりあるのに
肉汁も溢れ出てくる。
シンプルに旨い！！！
この皮と餡のバランスがたまらん！！
さすが名店の味だったし、
価格は王将並みにリーズナブルなのに
焼き加減や味わいは決して
餃子の王将では食べれない匠の味わいだった。
やっぱり宇都宮の餃子って凄い。
なんの変哲もない餃子なのに
やっぱり他とは違う旨さを実感した！！
神は細部に宿る！！！
ただ、もっと注文したい気持ちをおさえて
次のお店に向かったけど...
「宇都宮みんみん」も「悟空」、「豚嘻嘻」も
すでに売り切れという名の閉店。
閉店時間の30分前には着いてたのに、
やってないなんて、、、予想外！！！
もうパニック！！！！！
コレは早めに違うお店に行かなければ
って事で、急遽JR宇都宮駅の方へ向かう！
