もう１０数年前にある方のブログでこちらのことを知り
長年来たいと思っていたのですが、都心からは
簡単に行ける場所ではなく、宇都宮食ツアーへ
行こうと決めて、こちらも訪問することに。
お店は本当に田舎のど真ん中と言う感じ。
古民家を改造したお店と表現するば良いのでしょうか。
店内はとても広いが、ランチのピークタイムは
過ぎているのに、ほぼ満席状態なのには驚いた。
なにせ本当に田舎なので。
注文したのは、バカうまラーメン 中。
ラーメンを待つ間に大根の漬物が登場。
ライスも頼んでないのにこういうサービスは珍しい。
そして約７分後に着丼！
自然派ラーメンと言うだけあってスープはかなり
すっきりした魚介豚骨醤油。
本当に優しい味わい。
麺は中細ストレート。
具材は炙られた豚バラチャーシュー、メンマ、海苔、ナルト、ネギ。
チャーシューもメンマもこれまた優しい味付け。
でもこういう無化調＆添加物が入っていないラーメンが
このロケーションと合っていると思う。
老若男女を選ばない優しい一杯。
