日曜日の12時過ぎに到着。
駐車場は満車、店員さんに聞いたところ近くの漁協へ停めて良いとのことでそちらに駐車。
店前には人影もあったが我々はすんなりと入店も、その後は常に入店待ちの方がいる状態だった。
朝お店へ連絡した際、席の予約は出来ないものの、料理の予約は事前に出来るようで、底引き定食は売り切れる可能性ありとのことから事前に予約。
入店後メニューを選んでいると12時過ぎにも関わらず底引き定食は売り切れですと案内してたので、事前に頼んでおいて何より。
・底引き定食 1750円
ラインナップはメギスとメヒカリのフライ、本エビ塩焼き、刺身盛合せ、エビと魚入りの味噌汁、ひじきのマヨネーズ和え、お新香、白米。
イチオシはメヒカリのフライ。
柔らかい白身で口にいれるとふわっとした食感。
脂ものっていてとろける感覚。
メギスはいわゆる白身魚フライといった感じ。
ソースをかけて食べるとご飯が進む。
本エビの塩焼きもこれまた美味い。
これでもかと塩がふられているのでしょっぱめだが、身も殻も柔らかいので頭から尻尾までそのまま頂ける。
刺身は説明がないので、白身の種類が分からなかったがこの白身は脂がのっていた。
サイドメニューのひじきのマヨネーズ和えのひじきの食感がこりこりですごい。
また味噌汁に入った魚も恐らく深海魚だと思われるが、身が箸では掴めない程ふわふわしてて柔らかい。
深海魚目当てで訪問しただけに、今回の底引き定食はその欲求を充分に満足させてくれるものだった。
