I went to Cocotte in Shizuoka City ^^ This is Western Cuisine restaurant. It's next to a traffic light, but it's in a residential area, so you'll pass it by if you're not paying attention. There are many clippings of TV specials posted inside the restaurant, and it seems to be famous locally. The recommendation is Omelette Rice, so I ordered the demi Omelette Rice with demi-glace sauce on top. The base is ketchup rice, on top of which is a fluffy egg, on top of which is sauce and four edamame beans. The egg was fluffy and had a gentle texture that was good, but the flavor of the demi-glace sauce was so strong that it almost overpowered the aroma of the ketchup rice, so overall it was disappointing. The normal portion felt heavy, so if it's your first time, I think a regular portion would be enough instead of a large portion.
