島根県出雲市の『日本ぜんざい学会 壱号店』さんにお邪魔しました♪
訪れたのは土曜の午後2時です。
ぜんざい発祥の地、出雲にあるぜんざい専門店で、お土産屋さんが立ち並ぶ出雲大社の参道にありました。
店内は民芸調の造りで、6人用×１卓、４人用×２卓のテーブル席がありました。とてもこじんまりとした感じです。外待ちは０人でしたが席は全て埋まっていました。
注文したのは冷製ぜんざい・夏季限定（５００縁（円））です♪。主人は中井貴一さんSP・夏季限定（６００縁（円））をお願いしました♪
通年商品で温かい出雲ぜんざい・白玉入り（５００縁（円））や縁結びぜんざい・焼き餅入り（６００縁（円））などもありました。
冷製ぜんざいはひんやり冷たくてとても甘甘。白玉はもちもちしています(*^O^*)！。
上はシロップみたいな感じで底には小豆がたくさん沈んでいました。うーん。甘い！
胡瓜の漬物がとても美味しく感じました♪
中井貴一さんSP・夏季限定（６００縁（円））は、冷たいぜんざいの上に熱々の焼き餅がのっていました。お餅はパリっと芳ばしく、思ったより空洞が大きかったです（≧∀≦）。
