私はざらっとした、黒っぽい蕎麦が大好きだ。ここはまさにそんな蕎麦を提供してくれる。お昼時に行くと平日にも関わらず行列ができていることが多い。この待ち時間の先には至高のそばがある。香りが高く、ざらっとした表面の蕎麦は日頃のストレスを忘れさせてくれるほど美味しい。いくらでも食べれる。割子蕎麦の薬味に鰹節、ネギ、海苔がついてくる。薬味はそれぞれ多めに提供されるので、全部ひっくり返して使うよりは自分が好きな量だけ取って使うのがいいと思う。
松江に来て、美味しい蕎麦を食べたいのであればここは間違いなくお勧めできる。
