名古屋コーチンを中心に地鶏の旨味に
片口鰯、鰹、昆布などの魚介の風味がよく
効いてます。
鶏油のコク深さもあり、素材の味を
じっくり味わえる
優しい塩味です。
全粒粉入の麺はツルツルとした舌触りで
コシがあり小麦の香りがとても良いです♥
豚チャーシューは中ぶり厚めで肉の旨さを
しっかり感じます。
