まだ新しいお店です。守山駅からすぐ。
各テーブルに炭火の鉢が置かれ、網の上で焼くという・・・
炭火焼のお店は初めて★
ホルモンは種類が豊富でミノやアカセンなど・・・色々頼みました。
準備に結構待たされました・・・20分は待ったと思います。
混んでて他のお客のオーダーを作ってはったのでしょうが・・・テーブルセッティングしてお肉を持ってくるのにこんなに時間が・・？
と正直思いましたが・・・炭火をおこすのにも時間がかかるのでしょうしね・・・まぁ仕方ないのかな。
タンも美味しかったですよー！
ツラミやロースなども注文。たれの味が少し弱いですかね・・・
たれってすごく重要だと思うのでたれだけでご飯がいけちゃう♪ぐらいの出来が欲しいところ。なんて。
でも炭火で焼くと何でも美味しいし、店内の雰囲気は良かったです。
炭火をみんなで囲んで食べるのも暖かくていいですね～！
ただ、オーダーからテーブルにくるまでの時間がかかりすぎです。
全体的には「美味しかった」です。
