2023年7月休日昼に訪問。

メニューページにもある通り蕎麦にも
つゆにもすごいこだわり。
枕崎一本釣りのカツオに厳選。
蕎麦は細麺ながらすごくコシがあり
噛むほど味が出る。
そのまま食べても美味しくて
塩とかで食べても絶品なやつ！
つゆの優しい鰹の香りは
この蕎麦との相性ばっちり！
そば湯はどろっとしたタイプで濃厚！
このそば湯で溶いたそばつゆは
さらにマイルドで優しい味に。
塩分気にして普段は少し飲んで
残すことが多いけど
珍しく全部飲み切ってしまった…美味い。
天ぷらは海老、茄子、さつまいも、
大葉、パプリカ。
衣は薄くカリッと揚がっていて
こちらも美味しかった！
何気なく探していて見つけたお店だったけど
素敵な出会いに感謝！
