いくつかある甚五郎の総本家ということです。
現在はうどんだけということですが蕎麦もやってほしいですね。
甚五郎の特徴である古民家造りの店鋪です。
割とこぢんまりしたうどん屋さん。
独特のネーミングのメニューが多いので予習して行った方がいいかも。
お茶が運ばれたタイミングで事前に決めていた✩ くるみ ¥850をお願いしました。
他のお客さんのオーダーもさまざまです。
極楽、忠兵衛、きいま、肉汁等々。
お馴染みのメニューもありますが、イメージ出来ないのも多々あります。
肉汁うどんが大好きな埼玉県人は温かい汁を好む傾向にありますね。
くるみのお客さん オマチドウサマと老齢店主の娘さんらしき店員さんによって着盆です。
くるみのつけ汁はクリーミーでくるみのコクと風味、甘味が有り美味しいです。
うどんは中太の平打ち。
大袈裟でなくモッチモッチです。
この食感は冷たいつゆの方がよく分かると思います！
このうどんにくるみ汁が最高に合いますね！
一口食べてハマりました。
そして、大盛りにしなかったことを激しく後悔です。
次回も確実にくるみデスネ！
