本場インド人シェフのインドカレー、ビリヤニ、インドの平焼きパン(ナン、ロティ)を提供。 |
カレーは、チキンラバダとベジタブルの2種類を中辛で注文しました。ミニサラダがついてきました。
追加でタンドリーチキンを注文、食後にはマンゴーラッシーを頂きました。
カレーは、中辛で、coco一番カレーの1辛くらいで、ちょっと辛めでした。チキンラバダはニンニクの風味がややあり、トマトの微かな酸味もあり、スパイスもよく合い美味しかったです。ベジタブルは、最初はまろやかな味わい、後半からはスパイスがほどよくあり、美味しかったです。
ナンは、やや甘い風味があり、ナンのみでも美味しく、スパイシーなカレーとはよくあい、とても美味しかったです。
ラストは、サフランライスをおかわりし、2種類のカレーを混ぜてカレーライス風に頂きました。とても美味しかったです。
