結論から言うと結構味は厳しいですね。再訪はありません
梅クラゲは、食感は面白いものの味が厳しいです
お通しの小茄子はチョイスは良いのですが、味が、、、また、この盛りでお通しとして値段を取るのはこれまた厳しい
餃子は、味が無いですね。肉の旨味も野菜の旨味もほぼ感じられません。醤油とラー油で焼かれた皮を食べるご飯ものと理解すれば食べれなくはないかと
一番期待した生簀からあげた活イワシのなめろう！これが一番厳しい。捌き方が厳しく、時間をかけて触っているため生ぬるく口に入れた時の感覚で一口目で次がないなという印象に。味もシンプルに味噌でやれば良いものを出汁入りの味噌なのか追加で化学調味料を入れているのかわかりませんが違和感
どれも二口以上食べられずに終了
生レモンサワーとハイボールは美味しく頂きました！
