11時オープンにあわせて訪問。
すでに5〜6人並んでます。
オープンして入店。入ってすぐの券売機で購入するシステム。
まだ朝ごはんから時間が経ってないので、アッサリと大根そばにしました。囲炉裏型の席について、待つこと6分程度。
てっきり大根おろしをつけて頂くのかなと思っていたら、残念。そばの中に白髪が生えたよう？？な状態。
大根を蕎麦のように細くして、そばと絡んでます。
これはアッサリです。蕎麦も地元産を使っていると書いてありましたが、歯切れもよく美味しいです。
大根が入っていることで、食感も良くなってるのかな？
続々とお客さんが入ってくる人気店でした。
